Privacy notice
This explains what we do with the details you send us. It is written in plain English on purpose. If anything here is unclear, email us and we will explain it.
Who we are
Nova Cleaning Group, a cleaning company operating across London. For anything to do with your data, contact us at info@novacleaningroup.com. We are the data controller for the information described here.
What we collect
Only what you type into our enquiry form:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number, if you choose to give it. It is optional.
- The service you are asking about
- Whatever you write in the message box
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this site, and we do not ask for payment details anywhere.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and reply to it with a quote or an answer. Under UK GDPR our lawful basis is legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)), specifically responding to someone who has asked us for a price. If the enquiry turns into a booking, we then rely on performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) to arrange the work.
We do not use it for marketing
We will not add you to a mailing list, send you newsletters or promotions, or sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing. If we ever wanted to email you something that was not a reply to your enquiry, we would ask your permission first, and you could say no without it affecting your quote.
Who else sees it
Your enquiry is delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service that passes the message on to us, and by our email provider. They process it on our behalf so that the message reaches us. Nobody else receives it. This site is hosted on Vercel, whose servers keep standard access logs.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry does not become a booking, we delete it within 12 months. If it does, we keep the records for as long as we need them for the job and for the tax and accounting periods we are legally required to observe. You can ask us to delete your details sooner.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask us to:
- Show you a copy of what we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete it
- Restrict or object to how we use it
- Send you a portable copy of what you gave us
Email info@novacleaningroup.com and we will respond within one month. There is no charge. If you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk, or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies, which is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page. Ask us at any time what the current version says.
